Oxidation Removal FAQ
Will this remove all the oxidation?
Most of it, in most cases. Very old or neglected gelcoat may need more than one visit — we'll tell you upfront if that's likely.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 days depending on hull length and condition.
Do I need to be there?
No, as long as we can access the boat at the berth.
Should I get ceramic coating too?
It's optional, but ceramic over a corrected hull holds the finish and cuts future washdown time. Ask us to price it together.
